About our consultants
Francois Kriel is an IMCSA accredited management consultant with change management and digital transformation as specialization areas. He works full-time as director at Kriel & Co where he leads a dynamic team currently facilitating change at several high-profile organisations. Francois also supports Stellenbosch University as guest lecturer to business management honours students. He is an advocate for collaborative leadership, mentorship and LGBTQI+ inclusivity.
George Phipps is a graduate of Royal Roads University with a Masters Degree in Leadership (MA). He is a member of Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA), a certified project manager (PMP) and an International Coach Federation (ICF- PCC) certified coach. George has over 30 year’s progressive experience in change management, information technology, executive & team coaching, training and human development. He has worked in a wide range of organizations, both profit and non-profit.
